Module 1: Introduction to PRINCE2

The Seven PRINCE2 Principles (The "Why"): Continued Business Justification, Learn from Experience, Defined Roles and Responsibilities, Manage by Stages, Manage by Exception, Focus on Products, Tailor to Suit the Project.

Module 2: PRINCE2 Themes (The "What")

Understanding the seven themes that must be continually addressed throughout the project lifecycle:

Business Case: Why is this project being done?
Organization: Who is involved?
Quality: What will be created?
Plans: How, when, and how much?
Risk: What if?
Change: What is the impact?
Progress: Where are we now, where are we going, and should we carry on?
